Tillväxtverket is the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, a government body that distributes EU structural funds, national grants and regional investment support to strengthen competitiveness and regional development across Sweden. It runs broad instruments such as regional investment aid, business-development checks and innovation support, open to companies in any sector, not a hardtech-specific fund with a public portfolio.

Innovestor is a Helsinki based venture capital firm founded in 2014, investing in early-stage technology and life science startups across the Nordic and Baltic regions through its Technology Fund, Life Science Fund and Angel CoFund, alongside a corporate venturing arm and a commercial real estate business.

Norwegian venture and growth investor focused on sustainable tech and cleantech innovation.
Bure Equity
Bure is a long-term principal owner of operating companies, supporting portfolio companies through active ownership and value-driving initiatives.
Brunnur Ventures
Brunnur Ventures is a top venture capital firm in Iceland for startups with high-growth potential.

AGV Invest
AGV (All Generation Ventures) is a Stockholm-based PropTech-focused investment firm investing in early-stage Nordic real estate technology ventures, with a focus on sustainability and decarbonization solutions for the real estate industry.
EIFO
EIFO (Danmarks Eksport- og Investeringsfond) is Denmark's national promotional bank and official export credit agency, formed by merging the Danish Growth Fund (Vækstfonden), the Export Credit Agency (EKF) and the Danish Green Investment Fund. It is Denmark's largest venture investor, deploying direct equity, loans, guarantees and fund commitments across sectors from deep tech and defence to green transition and life sciences, both by co-investing directly in companies and as an LP in venture funds.

Allan Junge Hyldal is a Danish business angel and Lead Angel with DanBAN, focused on medtech and deeptech startups. He has personally invested in and sits on the boards of hardware and device companies including Exo360 and PERFI Technologies.
Lifeline Ventures
Lifeline Ventures is a Helsinki-based, sector-agnostic early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2009. It invests from pre-seed through growth stages across deeptech, climate, health and consumer sectors, and closed a 400 million euro sixth fund in 2025 to keep backing founders from first check through scale.
Sätila Impact
Sätila Impact Investment is a Gothenburg, Sweden based impact investment firm founded in 2008 as a subsidiary of Sätila Holding, investing in early-stage companies that address social and environmental challenges across areas like renewable energy, food security, animal welfare and water and sanitation.
