Innovation Norway

Innovation Norway is Norway's state-owned national development bank, owned by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (51%) and the county authorities (49%). It offers grants, innovation and risk loans, guarantees and advisory support. Startup grants start at NOK 150,000, and the Green industry financing scheme has given Morrow Batteries a loan framework of NOK 1.5 billion and Vianode a NOK 400 million loan. Hardtech recipients include Morrow Batteries, Beyonder, Vianode, Cenate, Freyr, Zivid and Wheel.me. Applications are open year round.
